By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable policies. These Terms supersede any prior agreements and govern your ongoing access to and use of our services.

3. Subscription Terms

When you subscribe to Way2Inbox services, you agree to pay a monthly subscription fee for each active inbox. Subscription charges are billed automatically each month until you provide notice of cancellation.

4. Payment Agreement

You acknowledge that recurring monthly payments are required until your subscription is canceled. To ensure a smooth transition and avoid service interruption, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required prior to cancellation. This allows us to process your request and conclude the billing cycle without issues.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for us to perform our services effectively. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, prohibited, or harmful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided as part of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images — remain the property of Way2Inbox or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Way2Inbox be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Way2Inbox and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Third-Party Service Issues

Way2Inbox does not control and is not responsible for any suspensions, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party services (including email providers or platforms) affecting inboxes or domains. Refunds will not be issued for suspensions caused by external platforms.

11. Billing Schedule

To help prevent unwanted service interruptions, Way2Inbox may bill on multiple dates within a subscription period. This is intended to provide time to notify clients of payment failures and allow them to resolve issues before services are impacted.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Way2Inbox subscription by contacting support. To avoid additional billing cycles, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before cancellation. Cancellations will be processed promptly after notice is received.
