This Refund Policy explains how charges and cancellations work for Way2Inbox mailbox subscriptions.
Subscriptions & minimum term
Plans run on a minimum 3-month contract, billed quarterly or annually. By subscribing you authorise recurring billing until you cancel.
Refunds
Because mailboxes are provisioned with third-party licensing costs incurred immediately on delivery, fees are generally non-refundable once accounts are delivered. If an order cannot be delivered, or we materially fail to deliver the service, contact us and we will make it right.
Cancellation
You can cancel renewal at any time before your next billing date to stop future charges; service continues through the paid period.
Disputes
If something's wrong with your order, reach out first via the contact form — we resolve most issues quickly.
