Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of Way2Inbox mailbox services. By ordering, you agree to them.

The service

We provision Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365 mailboxes with dedicated IPs and email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC). 98% of accounts are delivered within 24 hours of domain verification and admin approval; timelines may vary with third-party (Microsoft) processing.

Acceptable use

• Mailboxes must be used for legitimate, permission-based outreach only.
• You must comply with anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) and Microsoft's terms.
• No sending of unlawful, deceptive, malicious or harassing content.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or threaten platform reputation.

Billing & contract

Plans are subscriptions billed quarterly or annually with a minimum 3-month commitment. Prices are per mailbox per month as shown at checkout. You authorise recurring charges until cancellation.

Deliverability disclaimer

We provide infrastructure and authentication, but inbox placement also depends on your domains, content, list quality and sending behaviour. We do not guarantee specific deliverability, open or reply rates.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
